MyCareer.mk - Terms and Conditions for Employers

1. Introduction
Welcome to MyCareer.mk, an innovative employment platform operated by BSoft. These Terms and Conditions for Employers (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by MyCareer.mk. By using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the service.
2. Definitions
- Platform – the MyCareer.mk website and mobile application.
- Employer – a company, institution, or individual who creates an account to post job listings and manage applications.
- Job Seeker – an individual who uses the platform to apply for jobs posted by employers.
- User – any individual or entity that uses the platform, including employers and job seekers.
- BSoft – the company that develops and manages the MyCareer.mk platform.
3. Purpose of the Platform
MyCareer.mk aims to simplify the connection between employers and job seekers by providing a professional environment for publishing job offers and managing applications efficiently.
4. Account Creation and Management
To use the services as an employer, you must create a valid account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Any misuse of the platform, including the creation of fake or misleading accounts, is strictly prohibited.
5. Posting Job Listings
- Employers are fully responsible for the accuracy and content of their job listings.
- Listings must not contain discriminatory, misleading, offensive, or illegal content under the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia.
- MyCareer.mk reserves the right to reject or remove any listing that violates these Terms.
6. Employer Responsibilities
The employer is responsible for all actions performed through their account, including job postings, candidate communication, and data management. Employers agree to use the platform only for lawful and ethical employment-related purposes.
7. Payments and Premium Services
MyCareer.mk may offer additional paid services (such as promoted listings, analytics reports, or access to candidate databases). Payments are processed securely through integrated payment systems. All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the refund policy.
8. Confidentiality and Data Protection
MyCareer.mk respects the privacy of all users and processes personal data in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection of North Macedonia and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Employers must use candidate data solely for recruitment purposes and may not share it without prior consent.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, text, code, and other materials on the platform are the property of BSoft and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
10. Changes to the Terms
BSoft reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be published on the official website at mycareer.mk/terms and will take effect immediately upon publication.
11. Limitation of Liability
MyCareer.mk shall not be held liable for:
- The accuracy of content published by employers.
- The outcomes of recruitment processes or contractual relationships established between employers and candidates.
- Temporary service interruptions caused by maintenance or external factors beyond the platform’s control.
12. Account Termination
Employers may close their accounts at any time via the application interface or by contacting technical support. BSoft reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or the platform’s usage policies.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or application of these Terms shall be resolved amicably; otherwise, it will fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tetovo.
